How to create a new email account on my site

Before you can send and receive e-mail messages, a new e-mail account must be created for each e-mail or for every user you wish to have their own e-mail address on your site. The process of creating an email account on your site is very easy and takes place only once, but it requires you to log in to the subscriber services and the client area using your account information as a customer at استضافة مصر - EgyHosting.

All you need is to visit the link https://www.egyhosting.com and then in the top menu you find the client area and enter your account as a client in the login box (email) and password. And in case you forgot your account password as a client, you can restore the information in your mail and reset the password again via the forgotten password key below. Log in as a client as the password recovery link will be sent to your mail, and then a new password will be set from before you

Create a new email account

After logging in to the clients area, go to the menu below the word My Account and choose My Services

Or in the middle you can find services as in the following image

Then it will show you all the services subscribed to with us, including the hosting space for your site that you want to create an email account in. The service status will be "activated" as it will appear to you, click on an Active word for the hosting space for your site and you will be directed to the service page.

After entering the service page, a quick shortcuts box will appear for you, these are for the services of the C-Panel panel and the box below is a quick creation of a mail account, through which you can create a new email account on your site without the need to enter the hosting control panel of your site.

Then, through the Quick Create Email Accounts box, enter the username for the mail you want to create, which is the name in the language

English fits with the mail you want to create, for example, if you want to create a mail for the sales department, enter the word sales as an example.

 

Username notes:

  • The username must be in the English language and it does not contain spaces or special characters as ($ #% & ^ * @! =] [\ / ,; etc. of the special characters)
  • The username may contain the period (.), The minus sign (-), or the _ sign.
  • There is no difference if the username is entered in uppercase or lowercase letters.
  •  If we create a username with the name sales, for example, and your site’s link is example.com, then it will be
  • The employee's mail address is sales@example.com which is used as an email address as well as used as a user name when registering.
  • Log in to the email service.
  • When choosing a username and creating mail, it is not possible to change the username except by creating an entirely new mail account.

After entering the username in the English language without any spaces or special symbols in it, choose the password that you would like to set for this account, we always advise you to choose a difficult password at least consisting of 6 cells, including symbols, letters and numbers (move away from the easy password such as birth dates or The numbers because they will expose mail to the risk of penetration).

 

Password notes:

  • Always make sure to use a password that is difficult to guess, preferably at least 6-digit and more, and have capital letters.

After selecting the password, click on the "Create" button to create a new email account. If the email account creation process is successful, you will see the phrase "The email was successfully created!" And if the construction process fails for any reason, it will show you an error indicating the reason for the failure.

Then, in the event of a successful operation, you have created a new email account, and you can now use it to send and receive messages, whether through the web mail, by mobile, or through one of the mail readers such as Outlook, Thunderbird, or any other compatible program.

We recommend that you use the webmail that you have for our server, and it has 3 mail editors and it is encrypted. The user does not expose the blocking problems caused by programs such as Outlook when repeated wrong connection attempts.

By clicking on it, a new page will open, the email you previously created will be entered, and it will be entered completely with the domain, and then the password you have created as well.

For example, when opening the page, you will see a link for the server, and this link in the browser you can save it for you and give it to users of the mail that you want them to use in order to enter the mail directly without the need to enter the client area you have

What information does (the email user) need to use his mail?

In order to use e-mail, you must give it the full user name of the mail (e.g. sales@example.com) and also give the password for the mail account.
